JEFF FETTES is a Canadian entrepreneur and investor. He founded IntouchCX, a business process outsourcing firm that has grown to 27 campuses across the globe including Canada, United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia with over 20,000 employees. IntouchCX is known for helping the world’s best-known brands develop their initiatives for interfacing with the public. As President of IntouchCX, Fettes spent time managing Operations, IT, Creative, Human Resources, and Workforce planning. He was also responsible for the strategic development of the IntouchCX as it scaled.

Today, he is CEO of startup Laivly, an Artificial Intelligence customer-service SaaS platform. He continues to serve on the board of directors for IntouchCX, as well as the boards of other emerging tech brands like Maple and Vetster. The Fettes family foundation supports fundraising for charitable causes across North America.
