Dr. Punam Keller, presenting at the inaugural GEC program
Gender Equity Consortium
The Gender Equity Consortium (“GEC”) is an educational program designed to educate senior leaders in the private markets on facilitating behavioral change within their organizations. Led by faculty from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, the program focuses on awareness, action and accountability through programmatic learning. After 2 years of extensive industry research, conducted by Dr. Punam Keller and her team, a curriculum was developed specifically for senior leaders in the private markets sector, with a requirement that participation from each firm be split evenly between women and men. In January 2023, the GEC held its inaugural program with more than 40 senior leaders from 16 private markets firms.
The next GEC program runs in Q2 2024 – date to be announced soon.
