SETH RICHARDS served as CEO of Implus, a market leader in footwear, outdoor, and fitness accessories, from 2000 to 2019. Mr. Richards’ father was a founding member of Implus. Mr. Richards managed corporate strategy, M&A, legal, human resources, operations, sourcing, product development, IT, finance, and international efforts at Implus. During Mr. Richard's 20-year tenure as CEO, Implus partnered with four private equity funds (FdG Associates, AEA Investors, Trilantic Capital Partners, and Berkshire Partners) and completed 20 acquisitions. Implus established operations in the United States, France, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, and South Africa.

Mr. Richards joined Implus in 1994 and was appointed to the position of CEO in February 2000. Currently, Seth serves as Chairman of the Board for 50 Floor. He holds a B.S. degree in Operations Research from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
