Starting with CEO Jeremy Andrus, Trilantic North America led recruitment efforts to top-grade the Traeger senior management team with new executive recruitments in Sales, Supply Chain, Product Development and Finance.

With an eye to building an omni-channel lifestyle brand, the Traeger team developed channel- and product-specific sales and marketing strategies to expand customer awareness while eliminating channel conflicts. The team made significant investments in direct sales efforts, relationships with top retailers and expanded e-commerce presence.
Enhanced Corporate Systems and Infrastructure
Traeger made sizable investments in company infrastructure during Trilantic North America’s investment, including implementing new ERP and BI systems, building in-house supply chain functions, executing an HQ transition, optimizing access to credit facilities, creating the company’s first management equity program and recruiting independent value-add directors.
