LB Pacific holds a general partner and limited partner interest in Pacific Energy Partners, LP (NYSE: PPX). PPX is a publicly-traded master limited partnership engaged in the business of gathering, blending, transporting, storing and distributing crude oil in California and the Rocky Mountain region, including Canada. LB Pacific was acquired by Plains All American Pipeline.
