Trilantic North America Congratulates Asset Living’s CEO and President, Ryan McGrath, on his Recognition as a 2021 EY Entrepreneur of the Year in the Gulf Coast Region

Trilantic North America is pleased to congratulate Ryan McGrath, CEO and President of Asset Living, a Houston-based real estate management firm, for his recognition as a Gulf Coast EY Entrepreneur of the Year® for 2021. Now in its 35th year, the Entrepreneur Of The Year program celebrates business leaders of high-growth companies and entrepreneurs who demonstrate exceptional skills in entrepreneurial leadership, talent management, societal impact, and innovation, among other qualities. Ryan joins the leaders of five other firms from the Gulf Coast area who were also selected as winners.

This group of ambitious entrepreneurs was selected by an independent judging panel made up of previous award winners, leading CEOs, investors and other regional business leaders. Over the course of his nearly 15-year tenure at Asset Living, Ryan has played an integral role in accelerating the company’s dynamic growth. In just the past 15 months, Asset Living has added more than 1,800 employees through a series of acquisitions that gave the company a strong foothold in Arizona as well as a presence in Dallas, Austin and San Antonio. Since Trilantic North America’s initial investment in 2018, the firm has established a strong partnership with Ryan and Asset Living, working as a combined force to expand the property manager’s growth and footprint in the U.S.
