Trilantic North America Announces Promotions

Trilantic North America, a growth-focused middle market private equity firm, today announced a set of promotions to prepare for its next stage of growth.

As part of this leadership evolution, Jamie Manges, Head of Consumer, and Jeremy Lynch, Co-Head of Business Services, have been named co-Presidents of the firm, and Charles Fleischmann, sole Head of Business Services. All three will join Chairman Charlie Ayres and Danny James, who has been named CEO, on a newly formed Executive Committee, effective immediately.

About Charles Fleischmann

Charles Fleischmann is a Partner and Head of Business Services of Trilantic North America. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee. His primary focus is on investments in the business services and light industrials sectors, and he is responsible for post-investment best practices across the firm. Charles joined Trilantic North America in 2015, prior to which he worked at Investcorp International Inc. Earlier in his career, he worked at JP Morgan and Shearman and Sterling. Charles holds a B.A. from Colgate University.

About Jeremy Lynch

Jeremy Lynch is co-President and a Partner of Trilantic North America. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee. Jeremy most recently served as co-Head of Trilantic North America’s Business Services practice and joined the firm in 2009 at its inception. Prior to Trilantic North America, he was a Principal at Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking (LBMB) from 2005-2009. Before re-joining LBMB, Jeremy worked as an Analyst and Associate at the firm from 1999 to 2003. Jeremy holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Union College.

About Jamie Manges

Jamie Manges is co-President and a Partner of Trilantic North America. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee and is responsible for the firm’s consumer investing practice. Jamie joined Trilantic North America in 2009 at its inception, prior to which he was a Principal at Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking (LBMB). Prior to joining LBMB in 2008, Jamie worked as a Vice President at Lazard Alternative Investments, the private equity arm of Lazard. He holds a B.A., cum laude, from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
