SRAM International Corporation Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering of Class A Common Stock

SRAM International Corporation announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley will be acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Baird, Lazard Capital Markets, Piper Jaffray and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel will be acting as co-managers.
