Addison Group, a leading provider of professional staffing services, today announced an expansion into the mid-Atlantic region through the acquisition of HireStrategy, a full-service professional staffing firm based in Reston, Virginia. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Addison Group and HireStrategy each deliver contract, contract-to-hire and executive search services to companies across information technology, finance and accounting, human resources and administrative job functions. The partnership aligns with Addison Group’s strategy to build out its national service footprint through organic expansion and the acquisition of high-growth, high-margin firms with complementary business offerings.

A leader within the Washington, D.C. market, HireStrategy offers both direct hire and contract opportunities within some of the area’s largest and leading employers, as well as start-up and emerging growth companies.
